• Free water consultations are provided at no obligation
• Product purchases and installations are subject to separate agreements between you and the local NWS service provider
• Service availability, pricing, and promotional offers may vary by location and are subject to change without notice
• Financing offers are subject to credit approval and terms set by third-party financing partners

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

Contractor guarantees its installation workmanship for 12 months from the installation date. If Customer notifies Contractor in writing within 30 days after installation that the workmanship or installation-related operation is unsatisfactory, Contractor will be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the system and correct the covered issue at no additional labor charge. If Contractor is unable to correct a covered installation issue after a reasonable opportunity to do so, Customer may elect either (a) removal of the installed system and refund of amounts paid to Contractor, or (b) another written resolution agreed by the parties. This guarantee does not apply to water quality preferences, pre-existing plumbing defects, changes in incoming water conditions, misuse, neglect, freezing, power loss, acts of God, or manufacturer defects covered by separate manufacturer warranties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of National Water Systems or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
