SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe how National Water Systems LLC ("NWS," "we," "us," or "our") sends text messages to consumers who opt in through our website or other approved channels. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program Description
NWS may send SMS messages related to water treatment consultations, service scheduling, account updates, and—if you separately opt in—marketing or promotional offers. Message types are described at the point of collection on our consultation form.
2. Consent and Opt-In
- SMS consent is optional and not required to submit a consultation request or purchase services.
- Entering your phone number alone does not enroll you in any SMS program.
- Transactional (non-marketing) and promotional (marketing) messages require separate opt-in checkboxes where offered.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with NWS and the message types you selected. Message and data rates may apply as charged by your mobile carrier.
4. Opt-Out and Help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that SMS program or message type, as applicable.
- Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NWS is not responsible for transmission failures caused by your carrier, device, or network.
6. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms unless you opt out.
