Inside The System
Both tanks are matte-black Carbtrex composite shells (FRP — lighter than steel, won’t corrode, rated for decades of residential service). Each runs on its own programmable Fleck-style control valve with an LCD readout that schedules backwash and regen automatically.
KDF-55 (copper-zinc alloy) reduces lead, mercury, and heavy metals while inhibiting bacteria and scale inside the tank. Catalytic carbon (CarbTrex CAT) breaks down chloramines and hydrogen sulfide that plain GAC barely touches.
Premium cation-exchange resin swaps calcium and magnesium for sodium ions. Sized to your household and your local water hardness so it doesn’t over- or under-treat.
